How long does a typical project take?+
Scoped per project. The shape is the same: a discovery phase, a design phase with prototypes you can click, a build phase with weekly demos on a real staging URL, and a launch with a post-launch support window. The proposal we send after the discovery call has the timeline written down.
Do you support us after launch?+
Yes. Every project ships with a post-launch support window included — bug fixes, dependency questions, and onboarding while your team gets oriented. After that, optional ongoing care plans cover bug fixes, dependency upgrades, small features, and performance work, sized to your team and pause-able month to month.
You're a new studio — how do we know you'll deliver?+
Fair question. We don't ask for retainers up-front, payment is milestone-aligned, the codebase lives in your GitHub org from day one, and you can see staging on a real URL early in the build. If we don't hit a milestone, you keep the working code and walk. We'd rather earn the second project than lock you into the first.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. Standard mutual NDA before discovery is normal and we sign one within the day.
How does pricing work?+
Fixed fee per project, paid in milestone-aligned installments. We send a written proposal with the full breakdown after the discovery call. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders for things we should have caught.
Can we just talk first?+
Yes — that's what the calendar link is for. 30 minutes, no pitch deck, no obligation. We figure out if there's a fit.
